Have you heard of Twitter, but don’t “get” what it’s all about (or how you can use it for education?) I’ll try my best to explain Twitter, and hopefully convince you to give it a try.

Students in an introductory psychology course were divided into two groups: some watched a recorded video podcast of a lecture, available on iTunes U, while others saw the same lecture in a live setting. The question is, how do we get to the point where all teachers are embracing the idea that proper use of technology can make learning more meaningful? The resources are out there. Example lesson plans exist. How do we get past the inertia? How do we convince teachers to seek out new ways of using technology?
